 Launch Your Fundraiser
Raising money with KidsArt, Inc.'s art fundraiser is simple! Our program is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
1. We'll provide you with the complimentary materials that you'll need to participate in your KidsArt fundraising program:
- A packet of instructions that will guide you through your KidsArt fundraiser.
- A customizable fundraising letter that will enable you to pre-sell our line of color stationery or black-on-ivory cards to the families in your
school or organization. You can sell all of our products that showcase the kids' art, or choose the products that your organization wants to sell
as part of its school fundraiser or fundraising program.
- Picture Forms that the children will use to draw the artwork that will be featured on the various stationery items that families can order. We generally send two forms per child so that you can have the kids draw two pictures in the classroom. Alternatively, many of the schools and organizations we work with like to have the children draw one picture in a classroom setting and send the other Picture Form home blank so that the kids have an opportunity to draw another picture with their families, or so that siblings who don't attend the school or organization have an opportunity to participate.
2. Coordinate with the teachers or volunteers in your school or organization to have the children draw their pictures in a classroom setting on the Picture Forms that we provide. In our experience helping thousands of schools and organizations raise money, we've found that they typically receive a much higher response when the kids' art is completed in a classroom setting prior to soliciting orders from their families.
3. Send the kids' completed Picture Forms home along with a customized fundraising letter that allows families to order the stationery products that you've decided to offer. You'll collect the families' orders, tally them, keep your portion of the profits up front, and send us your order along with the total amount due.
Once we've received your order, allow six weeks (plus transit time) from the date we receive it for us to produce the products featuring the kids' art and ship them back to you. Your products will arrive beautifully packaged, meticulously sorted, and ready for gift-giving!
