How long does it take to process my order?

Our lead time is six weeks calculated from the day we receive your order to the day we are committed to ship the finished product. Please add transit time.

Is your program easy?

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3...

1. Children draw pictures on forms we supply (Note Card Picture Form).
2. Collect orders for the KidsArt Cards.
3. Send the artwork to us, we'll make the cards and ship them to you.

Should we run the project in the classroom or instruct the children to draw the pictures at home?

Some schools like to oversee this project in the classroom, while others prefer to send it home. We are happy to work with either method; however, we would like you to know that schools choosing to oversee this project in the classroom achieve a better fundraising result than schools choosing to send the project home.

What is the best time of year to run this fundraiser?

You may run this fundraiser at any time of year and expect great results. Some schools enjoy timing the fundraiser so that the cards can be used as holiday cards or Mother's Day gifts.

Do you have a pre-drafted letter we can send to families?

Yes! It will be included with the Note Card Picture Forms and Sample Cards we will send to you when you launch your program. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to generate and print the parent letter from our website, you may do so here.

What should we send home with the letter?

Send the artwork the children have drawn on their Note Card Picture Forms, a KidsArt sample card to show families the finished product, and you might also like to attach an extra Note Card Picture Form to invite siblings or others to participate.

How many Note Card Picture Forms will you send?

We generally send two per child — if you need more, just let us know.

Do you provide sample cards?

We send KidsArt sample cards to attach to every letter going home so that the parents can preview the product.

What kind of markers should we use?

Use black markers for the black-on-ivory cards and color markers for the color cards. Any brand is acceptable. Washable markers are fine too.

Do you sort the orders for us?

Yes! All KidsArt Cards will be packed in Grade, Classroom and Child order. Upon receipt of your order, open your boxes sequentially and follow the prompts. Distribution is a breeze!
